The Wolf Spirit was a gift from the sacrificed alpha wolf. Lance had cultivated it from a wisp of Spiritual Essence so thin and indistinct it was almost formless, to the point where he could even control it with ease.
Because it was merely a mass of Spiritual Essence, without control, it was like a pre-set program. It only responded spontaneously to Supernatural attacks on the spiritual level.
But the problem was that Lance's "Sanctuary" made him fundamentally immune to any Supernatural Powers that could endanger his soul. Consequently, the Wolf Spirit's existence was actually quite awkward.
Although it was growing, it was of no help to Lance in battle.
If Wang Cai was a pet in reality, then the Wolf Spirit was like a digital pet.
But today's anomaly was something even Lance had not reacted to.
When the Wolf Spirit merged with the circle of light, it burst with intense Spiritual Essence fluctuations. To Lance, it appeared as a blinding white light.
