The first few days were fine… Although Di Tou hadn't made much progress with his hour a day of practice, at the very least with blasts of Void Qi, dealing with the grime wasn't too hard. Mu Di Bai hadn't come to bother him either, and Di Tou figured that Mu Di Bai might have already left to do something else, leaving him to clean up in the meantime…
Of course, there was a very easy way for Di Tou test this, but after thinking for a moment, he felt like it wasn't worth it and instead continued to quietly do his job. In any case, thirty years had taken the edge off of him. Although there were certainly moments where he couldn't control his thoughts, as a whole, he was much more mellow and down to earth then he was in the past. This wasn't to say his convictions had disappeared, or he no longer had motivations… it was just that he wasn't as eager to 'one up' or mess around anymore.
