In Di Tou's heart, part of him wished that these simple and plain days would go on forever… That he could regain a semblance of the normalcy he had once had in a previous life… Every day being mundane and dull… but equally beautiful and precious. But in another small corner of his heart, there was a section that ached for change… Life was good, but could it be better? Was it too greedy of him to want to get both worlds? And what of his cultivation? Sure, he didn't really care about his cultivation when it came to the crux of it, but… it still helped him get other things done, right? There was no point sitting at the precipice, it was much better to keep advancing forward, that way if a big problem came, he would be able to deal with it!
