"Oh? so, Diana didn't tell you about us?" Ethan asked as he put Kian back down.
"what's going on between you and Diana?" David asked.
"A lot happened between us.'' Ethan smirked.
"Oscar, should I tell them or-"
"Stop playing games with us Ethan and get straight to the point." David urged, impatiently.
"Fine I'll tell you why I'm really here." He spoke.
"I came here to ask for your daughter's hand in marriage." He stated as the mother and son stared at each other.
"You want to get married to Diana but you're her boss." David said, almost losing it.
"I'm more than her boss; I'm the father of her children.'' Ethan declared as Mrs. Peters almost fainted.
"Mom, are you okay?" David asked as he sat her down, offering her a glass of water.
"No! I would not allow my mum to get married to you." Kiara said as she stared at Ethan angrily.
"And why is that sweetheart?" Ethan asked lovingly, trying to touch her face when she brushed his hand off.
"Don't touch me, my mum said that we shouldn't talk to strangers." Kiara smiled evilly.
"So, is that why you're not going to allow your mum get married to me?'' Ethan asked.
"No! I don't like you, you are trouble, and I don't want any trouble for my mum." Kiara said.
"Kiara, you can't speak to daddy like that.'' Kian argued.
"I will do what I want besides how are you sure he is really our dad?" Kiara asked.
"Kian! Kiara! you two should go and look at Ciara, leave this to the elders to handle.''

"You're lying, you want Diana for some evil ulterior motive right, to destroy our business, right?" David questioned.
"I came here peacefully but it seems like you don't trust me, instead you have this fear that I want to ruin your business." Ethan chuckled.
"What would I gain by doing that? Hope you know that compared to my family business, yours isn't even close to it.'' Ethan said as David bit his lip in embarrassment.
"Mr. sterling, we can't accept your proposal." Mrs. peters said as Ethan raised a brow, demanding for an answer.
"Actually, since it's Diana's life, she has to make the decisions." She explained.
'' Well, I'm trying to make things easier for you all, but it seems you want to take it the hard way."
"What do you mean?" Mrs. Peters asked.
"The longer you delay the wedding the higher the risks of losing the children." Ethan stated as Mrs. Peters face turned cold.
"So, you want to forcefully snatch the children from us if we don't agree to let Diana marry you." David asked, stunned.
"I'm not going to steal them, but we all know that they are children of the sterling family and not the Peter family."
"So that's why I'm giving you time to think it over because one single mistake can cost you to lose the children for-eve-er." Ethan said slowly.
"If that's all I'll leave and oh tell Kian that I'll surely bring our family together." Ethan said and left with Oscar.
