Later that day, Layla was with her friends Nadine and Lexi. They were swimming in the swimming pool.
"Did you hear what Sasha did this morning to Lugaina and her team?" Lexi asked Layla.
"No, what did they do this time?"

"Leave the room and stand guard outside I have some plans" Layla asked them to go out. Nadine and Lexi slowly walked outside. Liam didn't see them he was diving. They went to close the door and stood outside to stop anyone from coming in.

"I saw Liam heading this way 7 minutes ago" Madi talked Sasha and Allyah were surprised.

"We're supposed to train, not swimming"

"The swimming pool is big, we divide it into three rows. Every pair will have their row. When you get inside. Men will make a starting point from the start position. Ladies will walk with a rope as hard as they can, going with the timer, you have to use all your force, trying to run holding a rope, to the next point of the pool. You will have 4 minutes to get there" They were all shocked.
"What the fuck is that? How are we supposed to run in the water to the next point with that time?" Sasha asked.
"It's a training, and no one gets out of here without doing so" Liam spoke
"It will take us all day" Madi said
"Then all day is what we have" Liam answered her.
"Now everyone, to your positions" They all jumped in the pool and chose their rows. Kevin and Madi were in the first row, Sancho and Sasha were in the third row and Liam with Allyah were in the fifth row.
"The purpose of this training is to make you women stronger and faster, so that those bastards won't be able to catch you. When I blow a whistle, you run like hell to the other side and place the rope on the tag" All of them agreed. All men stood at the back of women laying on the wall.
