Although the Federation has few resources left to manufacture Mountain-cutting Mecha, changes in the situation, acquisition of tungsten-steel alloy formulas and successful manufacturing, seizure of large amounts of spoils of war, changes in strategic decisions for the composition of mecha forces, and other reasons, have given the Federation the confidence to form the second and third orbital paratrooper mecha army corps.
The Federation's mecha forces have formally moved towards elite specialization.
Conventional-level standard-type mecha, as well as Mountain-viewing and Array-breaking level mecha that do not meet orbital paratrooper standards, will be concentrated in the three major war zones to form newly constituted land mecha army corps.
