Ivan walked beside me in his singlet, holding my hands tightly. He was being protective of me and I kinda liked it . I stole a glance at him and saw the tattoo on his upper arm. I couldn't tell what it was but it fit him pretty well . We got out of the woods and came to where his other friends were. I wondered where his girlfriend was since I couldn't find her among them.
"Allie is Madi back ?" I asked
"Yeah but he left with Eric to get a drink she was even worried about you " she replied
"That's great… did she give you my phone?" I asked and she handed it to me
"And why are you in his cardigan? What happened to your dress?" She asked curiously
"I will tell you all about it when we get home… I will call Madi so we can leave it's almost 11" I said and dialed Madison's number.
Madison's POV
I pulled out from the kiss to check my phone.
"Who is it?" Eric asked, his hands wrapped around my waist.
"It's Amara , I have to pick up " I replied

"Why were you not picking my calls?" I asked
"Sorry… my phone was on silent and I didn't know you were calling .I realized after you called Eric and I didn't think it was necessary to call back " she replied
"No need to say sorry, I was worried about you " I replied and gave a weak smile.
"I heard you went looking for me and why are you in his cardigan?" She said
"Long story let's talk about it when we get home?" I replied
"Are you leaving already?" Eric asked and Ivan looked at me
"Yeah " I replied
"Let me drop you off" Ivan said
"Thanks but I can drive and I'm not really drunk " I smiled
"I insist " he replied
"What about your car? Who will drive it ?" I asked
"Eric will… can you man?" He asked
"Sure !" He nodded and tapped his shoulder playfully.
"Thanks buddy " he smiled and I handed him my car keys.
"I guess it's party over for us besides I'm really tired " Alice said and I helped him get out from her seat.
Ivan's POV
The drive home was a silent one . Madison and Alice had fallen asleep at the back and Amara who was sitting at the front was also quiet. Even though I could tell she wasn't traumatized by the incident she looked worried.
"Are you thinking about what happened earlier?" I asked
"Do you read minds" That was her response and I laughed.
"No I don't but I could tell from your face "
"Actually I'm a little bit worried…I was just thinking about what could have happened if you hadn't shown up earlier " she replied shyly

"But it seems that guy was purposely there for me"
"What do you mean?"

"But who would do that to you ?" I asked worriedly
"I don't know but I think Tony must know something about it"
"And who is he?"
"He's one guy from my school… He was the one who told me Madison was around the riverside "
"Are you sure about this?" I asked
"I'm really sure he must know something "
"Don't worry I will find him and question him"
"Do you even know him" she laughed beautifully. That was the most beautiful smile I've ever seen.
"Well you gave me his details so I can find him" I smiled. "Thanks" She replied .There was silence again and she started to doze off. I gently lowered her seat and supported her neck with one of the small pillows in her car. Her hair was messy and all over her face. I pulled them and tacked them behind her ears as I admired her pretty face.
"Get your shit together man!" I cursed quietly.
I arrived safely at her place and all three girls were fast asleep. I wondered how I was going to get them inside without waking them up. Alice looked too heavy and Madison was the smallest. Amara wasn't a problem since I have carried her in my arms before. I opened the back seat and fortunately Alice woke up.
"Are we home?"she asked and I nodded. She sighed lazily and shook Madison up . She was about to wake Amara but I asked her not to.
"She's being through a lot today… I will carry her inside myself " I replied and even though she looked perplexed, she agreed. I waited until they entered the living room before picking Amara up. I picked her up in a bridal way but she opened her eyes immediately I picked her.
"I can manage " she said but I shook my head
"Can you be obedient for once please " I whispered and she nodded. She was so tired to the extent that she drifted back to sleep again in my hands. Alice led me to her room and I gently dropped her on the bed . I smiled foolishly as I looked at her , forgetting I wasn't in the room alone.
"Are you in love with her?" Alice questioned, startling me
"Erm No! How can you say I think like that!" I said nervously
"Well I was just curious… no need to get nervous!" She teased.
"I will take my leave now I guess "
"Don't you need anything like tea ?" She offered
"I'm okay thanks… and my window is right over there call me if anything… I'm gonna hear if you shout out loud " I chuckled
"Alright Ivan thanks " she replied and walked me to the gate.
