From a strategic standpoint, the Poplar Empire, which originally hoped to gain some advantages, ended up with nothing after declaring war on the Great Tang Empire this time.
Initially, the Elves and the Dwarves had agreed that after driving away the "invaders" from the Great Tang Empire, the Dwarves would cede a portion of their southern territory to the Elf Empire as compensation for their involvement.
Later, this cession agreement was expanded. Because the Elves invested more and more, it included the entire border on the Dwarf side, along with the large area of land near Southwest Hotwind Port, extending all the way south of Saint Luo.
But these lands can no longer be ceded to the Poplar Empire because the Dwarf Empire now is practically non-existent and long incapable of fulfilling treaties.
