The Divine Beast shone with golden light, sporting the head of a sheep and the hooves of a wolf. A tuft of golden curls crowned its rounded head, its body interwoven with golden hues. Its tail curled like a dragon's, and platinum dragon scales cloaked its body, with a horn perched on either side of its head.
It was no larger than an adult's fist, still damp and warm from just having hatched, emitting white steam. It glanced at Yun Qi and the others, tilting its head curiously like all newborn creatures in the world, gurgling and blowing a few bubbles from its mouth.
