Cao Cao didn't answer as he just stared at Hercules with a cold look. He was feeling very complicated right now.
Indra was the biggest backer for the Hero faction, and these morons are laughing happily at this. He really wanted to say the truth, but knowing that the backlash would be too much to handle, he had kept his silence.
They can't afford to have any internal conflict at this moment. Especially with the Shadow Garden that may arrive at their doorsteps at any moment now.
Seeing Cao Cao's expression, George, his ever-loyal number one fan, coughed lightly to get everyone's attention.
" Everyone likes Hercules, said the reason why we are gathered here today is because of the big event that happened in Indra's castle.
According to the intel that I got from my spies, the reason why the Shadow Garden attacked Indra was because they found evidence of him being part of the Khaos Brigade. " George spoke, making everyone look at him as if he really understood what he had spoken.
Although the Khaos Brigade was defined as a terrorist organization, it was only amongst the pantheons like Norse and Biblical. For other pantheons, the Khaos Brigade was like another dark organization.
So it is inevitable that many people have deep connections with the Khaos Brigade. Maybe they are partners, maybe they are in a cooperative relationship, or maybe they work under the Khaos Brigade.
These things are very normal. After all, for supernatural beings, not everything is black and white. Every leader needs someone to do their dirty work.
And this is true even for the biblical and Norse pantheons. Although anyone who was found having contacts with the Khaos Brigade would be punished, their punishment wouldn't be that severe.
After all, if someone were brave enough to make connections with terrorists, they would certainly be able to make some connections with some high-ranking personnel. This sudden situation caught everyone off guard. The people who have deep connections to certain dark forces hid themselves and went into hiding directly. The major dark forces who were either subordinates or had a cooperative relationship with the Khoas Brigade also began to distance themselves.
These major dark forces are not stupid. They knew that the reason why Shadow Garden went with such drastic measures is because they are clearly at war with the Khaos Brigade. And these forces didn't want to get caught up in this mess.
" So, what is our next action? Are we going to take action or hide like the others? " Siegfried asked as he looked at Cao Cao.

So when they heard that the Shadow Garden went on hunting those who have connections to the Khoas Brigade, these devil elders were so scared that they didn't dare to stay at home. If it were possible, these guys would even ask the Satans to be their bodyguards.
No matter how thick-skinned they are, they couldn't ask the four Satans to do that. At least they couldn't ask openly. So one smart man suggested calling an emergency meeting so all four Satans would have to come. This way, they could get their protection as long as the meeting continues.
After this suggestion was put on the table, everyone unanimously agreed. So now in the underworld, this emergency meeting has been going on for at least 10 hours now. If one didn't know better, they would even think that the devil faction is discussing how to start a war.
Unfortunately, what was actually happening was that those old elders were shouting, wanting to punish Roxanne for her actions, saying things like this would make the Alliance they started be like a bandit group.
Although most of them were talking nonsense, the four great Satans had to keep their silence and listen to all of it. Why? Because these guys are used to it, and they knew speaking would only complicate things even further.
With years of experience, these four had mastered the art of ignoring all their surroundings while listening to a boring lecture.
And in the final analysis, they didn't really need to take these guys seriously. After all, if they knew what's good for them , they wouldn't dare actually order the arrest of Shaltier.
But unfortunately, the four satans underestimated how foolish the devil councilmen are.
