When the car reached Sofia, it stopped at the National Palace of Culture Hotel. The driver got out, entered the center, and inquired about a nearby hotel.
The palace guard directed him to one. The driver returned to his car and told the pilot and his companions:
"I found a hotel nearby. Here it is, right in front of you. I'll park at the hotel lot and come down with you. I'll also spend the night here with you, Pilot."
The pilot, Shenimo, his companions, and the driver entered the hotel.
In the waiting room, the driver, the commander, and the girl sat on a couch while the pilot stood at the reception desk, waiting for the receptionist.
After only a few minutes, the receptionist arrived and said to the pilot:
"Excuse me, it's now my shift. The worker who was here has finished for the day. Welcome — I'm at your service."
Pilot Shenimo: "I'd like to book two rooms — one with a single bed, and another with three beds."
Receptionist: "How many days will you be staying?"
Pilot: "We just need to sleep tonight. We'll leave early in the morning. We'll only be here for about five hours."
The receptionist handed him the room keys and entry tickets. The pilot thanked him and said:
"The price is fair. If we weren't in such a hurry to catch our flight, I'd gladly stay here for several weeks."
Receptionist: "Thank you very much. Have a good night. We'll meet again in the morning."
The pilot then called to his companions:
"Guys, take the keys to your rooms — one for the girls and one for the men. Put away your bags, change your clothes, and let's meet downstairs in the hotel restaurant for dinner. After that, we'll head back to sleep."
