"So, either we have the smithing talent to back this up, or we fail before the first blow is struck," Lara summarised, taking over the conversation. She didn't wait for a rebuttal. She turned her gaze toward the leaders, her eyes flashing with executive fire.
"Let's be productive. I want the word sent out immediately: anyone with even a spark of forging talent within the guild must assemble here at this tent at once! No exceptions, no excuses."
She then turned to a senior master at her side, a veteran leader of the city's internal forces. "See to it that the positions of those we've pulled for this task are properly filled.
