When Arad opened his eyes, he was asleep on a bed in the living room beside the fireplace, getting watched by five maids and Eris.
"You're finally awake."
Arad slowly sat up, looked down at himself, and then back at the smiling Eris. "I guess Mom knocked me out." He rubbed his eyes. "I feel like I got hit with a hammer straight to the brain."
"From what Merida told me, that was the case. You tried to shove your beauty into her mind, and got jolted instead. If you were anyone else, you could've lost your mind." She looked at the maids, "Bring him something to drink, water would be nice, and maybe some tea."
Two of the maids bowed deeply and then rushed away toward the kitchen, and Arad pushed the blanket aside as he stretched. He was still in the Nymph's body.
