Many knew of the fairies' bloody wars; their infamous ruthlessness was known far and wide, but it had reached its peak in this war. Everything had worked so perfectly and gave them the biggest excuse to go on a power-trip and unleash their violent nature upon the abominable clones.
Fifty clones, all having the same face that Plum had seen at the start. The face of a humble, hardworking farm girl. Some of them wore wizard robes, some had armor, and others wore common clothes.
The clones stood around in a circle and bolstered their defenses. They had been separated from the main body of their army and were now astray, drowning in the storm of fairies attacking them.
Buzzing, ear-piecing buzzing, like a cloud of raging wasps. Looking up, the clones couldn't even see the sky, only the dark shadow cast by millions of fairies flying all around them with malice in their eyes.
