Roman Duchy's capital, Luon.
As the second-largest city in the northern part of New Moon Peninsula, just after North Port, this ancient capital of the Duchy boasts a prosperity comparable to that of the Castel capital.
In fact, before the Northern Land had developed, this place was once the largest trading center of the Star Moon Strait, dominating the entire strait's trade.
However, as time passed, the Northern Land continuously developed, the Black Land Mercenary Alliance in Eastern Yonette and the Northern Territory Grand Duchy gradually rose, and the trade routes of the Star Moon Strait gradually shifted northward, eventually replacing Luon's trading center status with North Port.
But even so, today's Luon remains one of the major port cities on the New Moon Peninsula, with a population exceeding five hundred thousand.
When Charlotte set foot on the port dock, the first thing that caught her eye was the towering sculpture on the dock.
