Perhaps the increase in power from non-Bloodline "hosts" does not yield as much benefit as that from Bloodline believers, but they are numerous, and small contributions can add up to a substantial amount of Divine Power.

As a Blood True Ancestor, devouring the power of bloodlines was her ability. No matter whose bloodline power her believers possessed, as long as the power increase flowed through the Faith Network, she could successfully absorb it.
