In the Stairway, the two different platforms vanished from sight. It was not that either one disappeared instantly but that they moved at such high speeds that they vanished.
One headed to the First Heavenly Realm while the other headed to Earth. The platform suddenly stopped on Earth.
On the outskirts of where Rex used to live. He was taken back because he truly did not want to see the destruction of his hometown. The group had suddenly appeared two beasts suddenly came up from the sea to look in their direction.
"Powerful people." The bigger beast said.
"Should we try to talk?" The smaller beast said.
They decided to try and talk to the powerful people. They rushed to the coast to see if a person could understand what they were talking about.
The two beasts tried to actually who there was. Their gaze fell on Rex who was actually curious about who was staring at them.
The Heavenly Guard and Soldier both knew that the beasts looking at them. The two women could not tell how strong the two beasts were but knew that it would probably be an uphill battle for them.
Once Rex had turned to look at the beasts. The smaller beast instantly recognized Rex. It had been saved by him a long time ago. It immediately decided to try and do whatever it could to help Rex.
The group headed towards the two beasts. The smaller one was happy to see the group heading to them.
When the group saw the two beasts, the women immediately prepared for battle. The smaller beast had different plans.
"Humon man, allow us to be your voyagers across the sea." The smaller beast talked happily.
Everyone looked at the smaller beast. They had no idea why the beast was so happy. Rex felt as if something he had forgotten in the past was the reason.
The smaller beast looked nervous as the group looked unnerved. Rex could now almost swear that the beast was once a seawater eel that had gotten stuck on the beach because other kids had thrown rocks to keep it stuck on the beach.
Since Rex had saved the eel it decided not try and attack humans that attack in the future. Even then, the eel was not sought after by other humans. The kids cried as Rex carried it to the ocean.
It would try to help Rex when it decided to see it in trouble again. However, it never got to see Rex until today and that brought joy to the eel.
"What do say?" The smaller beast asked.
The difference between the past and now to the beast was that the beast was a lot bigger and could do more now instead of when it was smaller.
Rex decided it was worth trying to use them as traveling companions until they were able to see the mermaids again.
"Sure. Do you happen to know where the mermaids live by chance?" Rex asked.
He remembered them being good natured but knew that unless they were truly afraid or threatened by him they would attack and run away.
Rex did want the women to see his hometown before they left. When he told the beasts that, the smaller immediately wanted to join them.
The bigger beast was scared for the town when the beast would hit any buildings. The smaller beast could shrink down in size due not being in water. This is was part of the upgrade it got when the Earth became part of a Heavenly Realm.
Even as the group traveled through the town. The beast was happily sitting on Rex's shoulders. The group got to see Rex's house and the town in general.
Places where laughs and cries from the original five made Rex either worry about life or cry in happiness because of different events.
The other women could instantly tell what truly made Rex happy and sad without him saying a thing. They could also tell what each place because memories would flood Rex's mind and that would let the women know what truly made Rex happy and sad. Oracle Aina wanted to know when it would be her turn to marry Rex. She did not have the guts to ask Rex right now while he was enjoying the sights and smells are home.
