"Hey, is that a new building?"
Two bright green dragons stopped in midair over Tehom's most populated city.
Bright, flashing lights, numerous billboards, and indescribable wonders were as common as rocks on the ground.
This city was a cultural jewel. Full of art and culture, with festivities and sights spilling out of its nose.
Almost everyone in Tehom has either thought about living here, or tried to, but it's not that easy.
To keep the place from becoming too overpopulated or crowded, residency is managed through a random lottery system.
As wonderful as the city is, some dragons do move away. Some believe that eventually they've seen everything there is to see and move away to somewhere a bit quieter.
But now, there was a fancy new building here that was definitely not present yesterday.
"Think it's another kind of entertainment building or production facility?" The male dragon asked his partner.
"It's possible, but I think we already have enough of those… let's see."
