Michelle stood transfixed to the same spot. She couldn't what she just heard. Is this some kind of prank? But Alex isn't that type of person, she thought. Did Alex want to take identity so her mother can give her approval?
She immediately moved closer to Alex to scold him
"Alex you don't have to pretend to be who you aren't. I already told mum about the situation of things and she gave her approval so we are good. So just stop faking it"She pleaded.
Alex stared at her,held her hand then smiled
"I'm serious babe. I'm really Alex Wilson"
Then he stretched his hand to the guy standing behind him. The guy placed a business card in his hand and he immediately handed it to Michelle. Seeing the bodyguard and the business card with the name ALEX WILSON inscripted on it,she tried convincing herself to believe but made to ask further questions.
"If you are really who you claim to be,why didn't you tell me on our first meeting?and why are you just telling me now?Why did your ex leave you because if you are Alex Wilson,money shouldn't be the problem but she still left you. Mind to give me an explanation?"Michelle asked with her arms crossed over her chest.
Alex smiled and replied
"Well,Kafy left bcuz I couldn't provide for her needs. She wanted to get married to a rich man and thought I was not. I didn't reveal my identity to her throughout our two years of dating,she have never even being to my house. Not like I don't want to,but she was cheating on me with different guys. I wanted true love. not someone that is gonna love me bcuz of what I have. My father has been on my neck to give him grandchildren which means I need to get married soon. I see that you are the right woman for me,that was why I came after you, that's also why I'm revealing my identity to you now Michelle bcuz I love you and I want to marry you." Alex explained and moved closer to Michelle. She also moved closer to him because she was already cajoled by his words then Alex dropped another bombshell.
"Baby,I'm leaving the state today and I don't know when I will be returning but as soon as I return,we are getting married"
"F*ck you Alex. You are leaving the state today and also just telling me today. To hell with you. You don't love me like you claim you do. I'm still trying to recover from the shock about your identity and now you are telling me trash. Do I even mean anything to you?or do you think just bcuz you are Alex Wilson,you have the right to control me or decide on your own?do you think I'm one of those girls that can be entice by money? really?Now get out of my house this instant?I don't wanna ever see you again?"She said angrily making her voice thundered.
Now this is the only bad side of Michelle Nicholas. She has anger issue. She is never able to control her anger. She looks strong on the outside but is weak on the inside. She couldn't put her thoughts together that she was actually dating the man on everybody's lips. The richest man she had ever known. The fact that he is leaving the state drives her crazy even more. She had intentionally taken a week off from her workplace with the intention of being with him throughout the period only for him to be leaving the state today. She really wish he could stay back but there was nothing she could do especially when she just realized the kind of person he is.
Alex was also suprised. He didn't expect such reaction from her. Just now,they were about to kiss not minding the fact that her mother was there and another guy but she immediately pushed him away when he told her he was leaving the state the same day. "Is she annoyed because of my identity or because I'm travelling?"he asked himself.
Michelle expected him to talk but he seems loss for words which angered her more.
"Go to hell Alex. Just go wherever you want and do whatever you want. Don't you dare come to my house again"She said at the verge of tears and stormed out to prevent herself from breaking down in front of him.
Alex felt sorry for what he did. Now he understand that she was curious because he's leaving for somewhere else but there was nothing he could do either. He doesn't want to break his father's heart also. while contemplating about what next to do,He felt a light tap on his shoulder and turned to see who is was
It was none other than Mrs Nicholas
"son you still have allot to learn concerning women. Don't worry about Michelle. I will talk to her. Go safely son"Mrs Nicholas said and also entered the room that Michelle stormed into.
Alex had no choice than to leave.
He entered the Limo and he was taken back home by his driver. He had planned on staying with Michelle till noon but that wouldn't be possible again so he just have to leave.
He got down for the Limo and without entering his apartment,headed towards the Helicopter and the trip to Mexico began.
In less than 30 minutes,he arrived at the Wilsons residence. The butler and the maids were all lined up to welcome him.
"Welcome home young master"
"Butler Lin,how are you?Where's dad?"he asked politely.
"He is waiting for you inside with Madam"
Butler Lin responded.
