Making full use of the plot he'd bought, as well as the plot of land given to him by Algerie Kingdom, Valyr would have the Forsaken race slowly leave the inheritance and establish themselves in it.
Then, utilizing both the Forsaken race, as well as the electricity that they could now begin to harness, they would slowly expand and develop a city that would eventually be recognized throughout Veldanyr.
Of course, the young man didn't plan on the city to be recognized because of the people that lived in it.
Instead, he wanted the city to be known as the most technologically advanced city to ever exist on the planet.
