Appearing once more within the confines of the private workshop they were previously in, both Valyr and Ataraxia looked at each other with dumbfounded expressions, falling silent as their minds continued to replay the last conversation they had with Adam and Eve.
Continuing to look at each other for a bit more, Ataraxia eventually broke the silence that surrounded them. "…Don't you think they dismissed our question a bit too quickly?"
Valyr faintly nodded at those words. "They probably have a good reason why they don't want to talk about it with us."
"I guess..." Ataraxia shrugged, only for his expression to soon turn indignant. "But couldn't they have at least given us even a bit of confirmation regarding our train of thought?"
"It's not like I'd spread the news on Earth that powers people gained from Greater Beyond could be used there in the future."
Indeed.
