Both sound and color vanished from the world.

When Cain opened his eyes next, he lay on soft bedding.
As he churned, splitting headache crushed at his skull from the inside, threatening to turn his brain to mush.
"Shit..."
He eventually just laid still, not moving for some time until the headache subsided.
"What the hell happened?" He muttered hoarsely.
Of course, no reply came.
After all, he was alone in the tent.
The soft orange glow of the Mana lamps let him see that he was inside his own tent.
His brows furrowed.
'The battle has ended.'
He let out a sigh and brought his hand to his face.
His breath was hot and heavy.
His body hurts all over the place.
He was silent for a moment then spoke into the darkness,
"You can come out, you know. I know you are there."
There was only silence for a moment.
