Chapter 45: Humiliation
"What, the Hokage is calling me?" asked Danzo. "Did something happen?"
"Yes, Danzo-sama. We received a report from Uzumaki Hiroki about an intruder who managed to broke into the Uzumaki residence," replied the Anbu.
"Intruder?" repeated Danzo.
"Yes. Apparently, the intruder played a major part in the downfall of Uzushiogakure," replied the Anbu.
"What?" Danzo stood up in shock. No one was supposed to know that he had been involved in the downfall of Uzushiogakure. But hearing that Uzumaki Clan had managed to catch someone and being suspected as someone who destroy Uzushiogakure is another thing.
Danzo started to feel nervous, his cursed tongue eradication seal is from Uzumaki Clan. If his root member are being captured by them, it was very easy to dispell the seal.
Part of the reason he wanted to destroy Uzumaki Clan is because he wanted his secret stay safe and only Uzumaki Clan had the power to reverse the seal.
"Yes, Danzo-sama. The Hokage asked me to inform you," replied the Anbu.
Hearing this, Danzo immediately decided to go to the Uzumaki Clan residence. However, when he arrived at the gates, he was stopped by the Uzumaki guards.
"You are not permitted to enter this place," said one of the guards firmly.
The clan leader had stationed twenty guards to block Danzo entry and Arata was also there, standing in his way.
Only Arata knew the true reason why Raiken had ordered them to block Danzo. According to the clan leader, Danzo would surely try to demand the corpse of the intruder, no matter what.
"HOW DARE YOU? DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM?" roared Danzo, his voice booming so loud it could have reached the Hokage who are inside the Uzumaki clan residence. Onlookers turned toward the commotion at the gate.
But Raiken had already expected that Danzo will try to force himself entering the clan ground. He had prepared a sound-sealing barrier around the clan grounds so that no noise from outside could reach inside.
"You are nothing. You are not even Hokage," Arata provoked coldly.
The line was specifically prepared by Raiken, who knew Danzo sore spot was always the Hokage seat.
"YOU…" Danzo pointed his finger at Arata furiously.
"What? This is the Uzumaki Clan. No outsider can enter without permission, and you have not been granted any from us," Arata replied.
By now, several clansmen and civilians had gathered, eager to watch the drama unfold.
"I am here under the Hokage orders," Danzo said after forcing himself to calm down.
"What orders?" Arata asked nonchalantly.
"He asked me to come here," Danzo insisted. "If you block me, it means you are defying him."
"Where is the letter that states you are required here?" Arata countered smoothly.
This, too, had been prepared beforehand by Raiken, he told Arata the exact word that he should say when confronting Danzo.
Danzo face darkened, while a clone using Transformation Jutsu smirked internally beside Arata. It was Raiken himself in disguise, closely monitoring the situation and broadcasting it livestream for everyone in his Live Stream platform to see.
At that moment, his livestream notifications began to chime:

Clearly, more people were enjoying Danzo humiliation than expected.
While Danzo remained oblivious, he tried to force his way in, but the Uzumaki guards and newly arrived Uchiha police force activated their powers.
Golden chakra chains burst from the backs of the Uzumaki, poised to bind him, while the Uchiha Sharingan spun menacingly.
Danzo froze. If he retreated now, he would look weak. But if he forced his way in, he would look like a villain. All around, more and more people had gathered to watch him. His face burned with humiliation.
Fuming, he decided to call directly for the Hokage.
"HIRUZEN! I AM HERE!" Danzo shouted.
Krik-krik. No response. No one came.
"What are you shouting for? How dare you disrespect the Hokage by calling his name so rudely," said clone Raiken, stepping forward.

Danzo rage grew hotter when he realized one of the "guards" was openly provoking him and worse, the man looked very young.
"You insolent youngster! How dare you act so rudely toward your elder?" Danzo barked, pointing a trembling finger.
"What elder? All we see is someone trying to force his way into our clan. We have full authority to detain you right now," Raiken replied firmly.
'Detain me? How dare they even think of detaining me?' Danzo fumed silently.
Before he could voice his outrage, a calm voice cut in.
"What is going on here?"
Everyone turned. It was Nara Shikajin, grandfather of Nara Shikamaru and current head of the Nara Clan.
"Shikajin, tell this Uzumaki people about who I am," ordered Danzo with a commanding tone.
Shikajin slapped his forehead in frustration before muttering under his breath, "This is going to be troublesome… I really shouldn't have shown myself here."
"Shikajin!" Danzo barked while glaring at him, his patience thinning.
"Yes… yes…" Shikajin finally sighed, then introduced reluctantly, "Well, this is Danzo-sama. He is one of the advisors to the Hokage."
"Ok then… what? He is not even Hokage," replied Arata bluntly, repeating the same words with open disrespect.
Danzo grumbled angrily, his pride stung, while Shikajin looked genuinely shocked by Arata fearless reply.
"That means I have the authority to enter here," Danzo retorted, his voice filled with restrained fury.
The more they rejected him, the more restless he became. A gnawing thought plagued him, he was convinced that the intruder was somehow tied to his Root. That alone explained why they were so determined to block him from entering the clan residence.
"Which clause states that an advisor can forcefully enter a clan residence?" asked Arata coldly, his sharp eyes never leaving Danzo.
Shikajin, who heard this, felt uneasy. It looked as if the Uzumaki Clan had made up their minds long before this confrontation, they would not allow Danzo to enter under any circumstances.
"Danzo-sama, I think we should ask Hokage about this matter directly," suggested Shikajin, trying to ease the growing tension.
"The Hokage is inside the clan residence," Danzo snapped back immediately, pointing toward the gates. "And he personally asked me to meet him."
At that moment, Fugaku arrived with several members of the Uchiha Police Force. Fugaku stepped forward calmly.
"What is happening here?" asked Fugaku, his tone cool but authoritative.
"Fugaku, tell your people to back off," Danzo ordered without hesitation, seizing the moment to assert his authority. "They are trying to stop me from entering."
Fugaku was taken aback by the demand, his brow furrowing slightly. As he assessed the situation, one of his Uchiha officers leaned closer and whispered quietly in his ear, explaining everything that had just taken place. the shouting and the firm refusal of the Uzumaki to let Danzo pass.
