Journee backed the car out of her gate and started her journey.
"Yes! Who is this?" asked Henry.
"It's me!" said Journee.
"Jo! I mean Ma'am?" asked Henry. "Whose number is this? Why are you calling me from this number? What happened to your number? Where is your phone?" he rained questions at her.
Journee scoffed, "We are not in the office. You can call me Jo. And calm down! I broke my phone. I will buy a new phone and the number will be the same. So chill!"
"Broke your phone? How? When? Are you alright? Are you feeling okay? Are you coming? Or are you taking a rest? Can you work today? What the hell happened last night?" Henry bombarded her with questions, again.
"Henry! Henry! Oh my god! Take a deep breath! I am okay, everything is okay," assured Journee. "And yes, I am coming. Why are you so worked up?"
"Oh, okay! Nothing! I… I just saw you unconscious, in his arms, and I wanted to kill him. I thought he hurt you," said Henry and took a deep breath.
