"What's wrong? What happened?"
Just as Litt was arguing with the guard, a voice suddenly rang out. Litt turned his head to see a petite and adorable girl with shoulder-length pink hair coming down the steps. Upon seeing her, the guard and Litt hurriedly bowed their heads.
"Princess Noren."
"What's going on? What's the commotion here? Is there something urgent to report?"
"No, Your Highness. It's this soldier... He said his sister works inside, and he wants to go in to deliver a birthday gift to her..."
The guard quickly responded, knowing that if there were truly urgent military matters, he wouldn't be able to stop them.
"Hmm..."
Princess Noren stared at Litt, with her hands behind her back, bouncing slightly as she approached him. Looking at the innocent and charming princess before him, Litt blushed and involuntarily looked away.
"Ah, I remember you. You're... Lillian's companion from the village at the border, right?"
