"Way to go, you two, who knows what would've happened if you hadn't defeated that Unique Monster?" Smiled Arucei gratefully.
"I don't know, I think you would've been able to defeat her too, though it probably would've been pretty close," Mused Celes thoughtfully.
"Heh, maybe you could've helped too," I said to Celt with a wry smile.
"No way, fighting's not my thing," He shook his head firmly.
It was the following night, and to celebrate our win, we decided to invite Arucei and Celt over, just to hang out and chill.
We had plenty of snacks and drinks spread out on the table, a sizeable stack of joints, and some games to play.
We were currently playing a game of ludo, and it was pretty close. Each of us only had one piece left, and more or less the same amount of distance to cover to reach the goal.
"Alright it's my turn...oh, nice, a six," I grinned, as I rolled the dice onto the middle of the board and moved my piece, before rolling again, "A four, not bad."
