"What should we do now?" Marshall responded to this while not knowing what to do now.
At the same time, Rico's Riolu, Shinx, and Prinplup returned with Staravia and saw what was going on.
Riolu then intervened and responded by scolding them for fighting for no reason.
Shinx then stepped forward and responded that they were in the same team, and that, they should not be fighting over such silly things.
But then, Rico's Absol and Litleo then used the moves Flamethrower and Dark Pulse at each other, and this prompted Marshall's Luxio to intervene by going in between the two sides, much to Marshall's shock. "Luxio?!" Marshall responded.
But then, while Luxio did so anyway, both Pokémon moves struck it, knocking Luxio out as a result.
This was heard by Rico, Jonathan, and Shion, who were venturing into the forests at that time, and the three youngsters rushed back to their site, only to see the aftermath of it. Absol and Litleo are still fighting with each other, and Marshall's Luxio is knocked out. Marshall calls his Luxio back, and Rico goes to his Absol and Litleo and stops their fight. "Stop, you two!"
His Absol and Litleo did so but were angry at each other.
"What's the matter, you two?" Rico asked.
Absol and Litleo then stated their opinions on each other to him.
Marshall revealed to Jonathan, and Shion what had happened to his Luxio, and Jonathan then apologized on behalf of Rico's Absol and Litleo.
"It's fine, Jonathan-san," Marshall replied back meekly and calmly.
After that, Rico gave a scolding at his Litleo and Absol for doing all this fighting and even causing harm to a Pokémon. Absol and Litleo felt bad yet still at odds with each other. Rico was disappointed at this and then apologized to Marshall for his two Pokémon's misbehavior. "Yeah, it's fine, Cruz-san," Marshall said to him back nicely and understandingly.
"Thanks."
A few hours later, the group had a snack break. The food consisted of slices of bread, cheese, and some slices of cake from Aklat-An's bakeries. The drinks are fresh water and some iced tea. But still, Rico's Absol and Litleo at each other while eating their food. Shion's Absol and Jonathan's Greninja were utterly confused by their rivalry. But then, the two Pokémon began throwing pieces of food at each other, and Rico had to stop their food fight. Jonathan and Shion helped out, while Marshall cleaned up the mess the two Pokémon had made. After that, Rico apologized to everyone on the site for his Pokémon second misbehavior.
"It's okay," Shion responded back.
"Yeah, it's fine, bro," Jonathan added as well.
After that, Jonathan went somewhere nearby and came across a poster posted on a tree trunk and took a look at it. The poster contained the pictures of three men, who were notorious Pokémon Poachers, and Jonathan was alerted because the poster stated that these three people are present in this island somewhere and immediately rushed back to the site.
