Stepping into an old antique store, Jimi and Lull began to rummage around. They sniffed out everything they could out of the dust covered place.
Seconds after their cossitant noise, an old gray bearded and lanky stature old man. His wrinkles folded sround the eyes, the shiny cheek bones were prominent as the stretch lines could be seen upwards of the corners of his mouth.
"Now, now, what have we here. How many days has it been. Aren't ya tired already?" The old man said in soft and mellow tone.
"Ha! the rumours say that "Vintage Boy" has come here and that his spirit lives in one of these items. You may be trying to hide it, but I know better, ya got no chance agianst my incrediblness!"
"Sigh, my goodness. You really are tenatious. Well do what ya feel, but don't break anything and keep the racket down."
He then stepped behind the counter as he kicked up his feet and opened a news paper.
"Hmm, L. we've been doing this for three days already. Haah, I don't want to give up, but it may be over for this detective case."
Jimi's face then salted over as his chin clicked comfortable agianst his chest. Sitting down somewhat aggriessivly.
"Your right. I don't know much else we can do. Is there anything else you know?"
"Nah, I even asked Jeanne and even he wasn't all that sure about it. And he's the type to love stuff like this."
"I've been asking, but what really is our ultimate goal?"
"Hmmm, good question, even though you've provided it three other times. I'm bored alright. All we've been doing for the whole year is go to class, talk, eat, go to kareoke, window shop and repeat. I swear I'm actually done! Also. Lull, once this semester is over, father was quite adiment that I attend the academy. Yaffa may even go. Really why wasn't I born a little later, going to the same school as my sis. Haah. Lull I want us to have one last thing, one 'last memory that is more exciting then any other!' That's all."
"I see...Hmm, alright then. Why don't we do that then? We'll figure something out if we keep working on it."
"Thanks. Though I seriously don't know what else, other than this creepy place, noone really says anything lese about the spirit."
"Ya. I'm trying to grasp a good idea of what else we can do. Well "Vintage" is supposedly really 'hip,' right?"
"Hip I suppose, that is what I said. He has a clip rectangle on his belt wit weird wires that go into his ears. A hat similar to Toto's and a scateboard and baseball bat. He supposedly also really likes gum."
"Don't really know what a scateboard is, but he has a hat and baseball bat. Rather than us 'destroying' the store more than necessary. We should instead go to the besball club."
"Ya! I agree, scateboard is odd, but what could ya do about dat. Baseball, ya that does seem the best. THough I haven't heard much about the island team experiencing ghostly activity."
"It's better than this."
"Okay, better than this. Paps we're leaving."
"Alright then."
Once the two boys left, an odd static resonated in the air as an adolescent sized figure appeared in front of the old man.
"Well what do you think. You've gotten to visit them up close for quite a bit."
"I suppose gramps. I was expecting more. Both of them are holding back. It's weird, but it doesn't really bother me."
"I understand. Yes, well I would say it could be purely off experience. That bandana kid, 'Lull,' he acts completely different depending on situation and context. It is bizarre, and to add anymore to it...I guess you already noticed it. Then the little Xyken, who isn't all that little is still trying to act like a child."
Nodding back with a sense of approval, arms crossed, the static figure silent for that brief moment.
"Truly, it's odd, I could see the Xyken progenitor origin. He has the brain and spine, yet he chooses not to use it."
"The Lull boy probably already knows as well, but is just playing along."
"Seems that way, he noticed me afterall. I did try to leak a bit of presense just to give off some weird atmosphere, but that freak of kid. He stared straight at me, I may have leaked out a bit. Even so I was still keeping my static invisibility. Truly frightening."
"Enough of this for now. We observed what was needed. Instead we need to focus on V.'s arrival."
"Yes well, luckily it isn't Ares."
"Don't underestimate him just because he's considered the 'weakest.' It makes no sense to work with individuals on the level of Planet Slayers."
The static then gave a compliant sigh, his figure finally forming, stepping out of the balck and white film. Crystal green eyes, a long green headband that tasseled down to his waist. His youthful face dramatically clashed with his unbearing aura. His hair were like green flames. Two wristbands and a green coat with green cargo pants.
"Can you please relax. Boss hasn't even ordered you to be here."
THen in a flash of blue sparks, flickering about erasing the old man's figure. Replaced with a young thirty year old looking man, dressed in blue with an eye patch on his left side. He then crossed his legs, the air turned blue and an unwavering force pulled down on the green boy. The shock was like drowning at the deepest parts of the ocean, an endless abyss of water.
"Haah, haah, haah."
After a couple seconds, the relentless pressure seased. Greeny was panting with cold sweat dampening the carpet as he tried to hold his body up.
"T-t-that, wasn't fair. Ya, ya, haah, haah. You fucker! Do you want me to die."
"Your here to supervise. Collect samples and send them to Quail through the blue haired boy. You are not part of the direct mission. So as much as I appreciate you helping with me insight onto them. You are no longer needed."
"Seriously, you really think your something, ha! Yet ya can't even beat one of them measly Apsotles, let alone 'Red Eye.' Ain't that so Blu...-"
His arrogant and minute tirade was soon abolished as blue lightning desintegrated the green boy's arm.
"AAAARGH! You!"
His eyes became blood shot, green cystal like flames morphed around his body. Whilst in his beginning frenzy Blue Eye simply sat as he stared meancingly into the rage filled eyes of greeny.
"You think you have the right to speak to me in such a manner. YOur inputence is the reason why your not truly one of us!"
Blue then stood up, taking off his right glove as he began to make his flesh glow. A fizzling arua coated his hand. All was rendered non-existent that touch the blue light, space, atoms, anything, all things would erased. His blue plasma then sprawled out as it came near greeny. The boy unleashed hundreds of large hexagonal green shields coated in his flames.
'Bahamut's Wings.'
"My strongest defense, even your patheic blue light can't get rid of me!"
"Be quiet. Boy!"
A ball of condensed lightning circled his hand, as scales across from him began to layer against each other forming a long lance.
"Bahanmut's Horn!"
He then thrusted, but as the two energies were about to clash a flickering yellow light came in between. An exuberating blast expanded out as it cleared away the shop completly, including a few small buildings near by.
The two stood in the midst of the smoke as they both felt a squishy and iron smelling substance. In between them with half his body gone, only his right arm head and the third of his torso that was connected to one leg.
"Ugh!" He began to cough yellow blood as the rest trickled from his open body.
"Now is not the time." He said in a very raspy voice.
"Heart. I can't believe you. You really could've died."
Blue Eye said in a fiendly conserned manner, pully his hand away as the coated yellow liquid begna to turn orange and then soon to a deep and dark red.
"Hmph, might as well, the imbecile is only ever good as fodder."
"..." Blue Eye still had his hand readied with glowing sparks.
"Alright, calm down Lu, and you to Cherry."
"Cherry!"
"Hahahaha!"
Heart had a large grin as he cackled whislt his body swiftly formed back to once it was.
"Aahh, finally. Took longer than expected. I guess I should give you credit agian Lu, seems your control is better. Truly, I actually may have died."
"I also attacked."
"Yes, yes, but wait for the grown ups to finish before anything else."
"Huh! I turned eighteen, I'm a fucking adult!"
"Alright, that's enough, I do need to talk to BLue Eye, so sit back already."
His normally creepy smile dawned down, finally looking 'human' and his oddly focused attitude froze greeny boy.
He unconsciously held his breath for a few minutes as the two talked. Only realising then that he was about to pass out.
'Shit! Holy.'
His pants were abnormally excessive as he dropped back to lay agianst the dusty rock below.
"So Heart, what are you really here for. I don't remeber him telling you to arrive on this island."
"Well about that. 'Someone' mentioned the seven crossed neck."
Blue's face went pale, seven crosses attatched to the neck, he new what was going on, but yet even in his mind. All the logic vanished as he deeply wished it was a false allucation.
"This can't be real. I thought only one of them was out, how the hell are two of them now around?"
"Well, it seems that isn't the only counted one."
"What do you mean?"
His eye widened, an uncooth tremple of liquid spread all over him, his body mildly trembling.
"Please calm your self. As strong as they may be. Boss knows what he is doing, and your power when fully unleashed can not be stopped."
"Hah, what a joke you say. Even Red Eye had a tough time with one of them, and now you want to belive more than one is roaming. It's obvious what objective they are after, it's in the name."
"Of course, and that's why I'm hear to tell you in accordence with 'Black Soul.' War is approaching, primarly the succesion of the 'Dragon Empire' capital royal house. In the coming years most will prepare. The real concern though is beyond the border. That's why I'm here. Soul has identified Satan."
"..."
"He's supposedly working with the Emporer, 'D. the King.' I know that seems bad, but it will become even more of a hell."
"What...You can't."
"Yes, Luciphe Sidus, the Capricorn has also been identified. The fact that they let be so simple for a few informants to discover their existence."
"It means they are declaring. Have we any record of a time alteration?"
"None that we know of. It wouldn't matter either way, we have no counter to any of the 'three.' It would be one thing if it was simply..."
"The last three, yes I know. They aren't as combat orriented. Yet, the records are there, and they are still Lucifer's children. Doesn't matter if they never picked up a spear or sword. What has he said?"
"For now we will continue with the plan. SOme things may need to be changed, especielly because of some other odd declarations."
"I can't believe this, how much more shit could there be?"
"Have you heard of The One?"
"What type of joke is this? Don't bother. Something like that is completly out of our juristiction. Even if I achieve 'Deffro' like Red Eye. I still wouldn't stand a chance against anything of the Space Wizard caliber. For now the focus is on the sons. So we've identified at least four, wait, no five!"
"I was about to mention it, I was worried for a second that it was so traumatic that you may have forgotten."
"Fool. It was the worst day of my life, worst than when he left us. So if there are five, we can assume Deus-Diablo is also around if Sidus and Satan are around."
"Well we have no confirmation, but it is a high probabilty."
"We know at least a little about each one, except...Does he have anything?"
"The first son is still a mystery. All information is what you already know in folk songs, books, and small tales they tell ya as a child before you go to bed."
"Seriously. He could be dead or severely injured. One of the records is confirmed to be at least the most historically accurate account of those events."
"I wasn't entirely sure if you would've asked, but I checked somewhat in case. Boss wasn't mentioning anything, and Soul only gave me vague things. What I've given already is what I'm supposed to. Though to be safe, the best place to gather such information is at the 'Lands of Aleph' in the Modeer country."
"Forget it, something like that, to just get some possible semi-accurate information is pointless. It's just a risk with barely any reward."
"I agree, that is why I tried to send some riffraff to give me a mind signal before they die on any info they had that second."
"And?"
"The first platoon got trapped in the forest, and they then went off to right unknowingly, ending up in 'the unknown.' Second platoon did better actually getting into the lands. Sadly most of the land is simply grass, and when they reached the half way point close to the monumentle grave stone of the lands' hero. They got shot down. I presume some type of elf offshoot, but considering the location, it most likely was a single 'Maho.' I gained some piece of evidence. Across the incredibly large grave stone is some type of wall."
"Okay, okay, but what does naything have to do with the first son."
"Ah, hehehehe, you know I just like to talk. Well I was going to tell you, in the simplist way, the 'Wall of Enfis' was across. The wall's name and such isn't that imprtant, for most who care about the world already know about him, but it was rather the things on it."
"A bunch of moths, vines and stuff."
"Well yes, but there were seven symbols. For most of us the spear is simented as the weapon used by the hero Enfis. Yet 'we' all know where such a weapon came from. As the tales go, wrath was given to the first child. His symbol of wrath, it was that of the first king of the elves. They weren't exactly alike, but teh similarity is highly present."
"Haah, this is cool and all, but you've wasted our word count. Nothing you said had any help, and shit even Cherry fell asleep. Just help me out with the illusion circle. Next time on... "Vintage" is about to make his mark."
"Why are you talking like that?"
