"Miss Morgan, why are you taking my jewel? My master asked me to guard it with my life; you can't just take it away."
Vivian Morgan smiled smugly, "I just feel like taking it. Daoist, you've been performing rituals for so long and reciting a slew of spells. Do you see anything strange about me?"
Joseph's face froze, turning red with speechlessness.
Vivian Morgan said, "See? So, you can't just listen to what they say. Alright, I'm going now. This proves I'm fine, right?"
Joseph still didn't speak, Eleanor Quinn rushed over saying, "Master, Master, it's not like this. Didn't you say her fate is peculiar, like it's been occupied?"
"Master, did you do the ritual without using a Peach Wood Sword or Black Blood? Just a bowl of charm water and chanting?"
"That's odd, Master, are you scamming us?"
Upon hearing this, Joseph's breath stuck, "You, Lady Morgan, you shouldn't insult people like this! Though my skills are not sufficient, I'm absolutely not trying to scam anyone."
