Unfortunately, Lin Qiu City is different from other cities. The only ways to get in or out of that place are either by taking the official ferry or flying in on a Flying Spiritual Beast.
A Space Gate might be feasible, but it would require at least Legendary Level strength to make it possible. The Serene Forest Sea doesn't only pose threats from microorganisms and terrifying dangerous plants.
