Gawil looked at the smirking guy in front of her with a straight face, and halfway through her act, she couldn't hold it anymore. It's always the same story; she just can't seem to get angry with this guy.
"Child."
Arthur cautiously probed, "Ours?"
"Who's 'ours' with you!"
Gawil wrinkled her nose, clearly dissatisfied with the answer.
"Then... yours?"
Arthur continued to probe.
"Why would my child want to become the Crown Prince of Shaven!"
She clearly knew he was teasing her, that they were just bantering like that, but Gawil still couldn't help continuing the playful conversation with Arthur in a gentle voice.
"Probably because... um..."
Arthur shamelessly 'asked' with a very certain tone, "Am I the kid's dad?"
"Who would want to have a child with you!"
Gawil really wanted to stomp on Arthur's foot with her sharp heel, but she thought twice and held back.
"There are plenty of people who want to have my child!"
