When it comes to slaughtering their own kind, these guys are far more ruthless than the Kingdom's Army. To politically dissolve the Orc Empire, the Kingdom's Army is now taking prisoners, but not the servant army.
Other than their own tribe, the rest of the Orcs have become war achievements. Clearly, they regard other Orcs as kin, but have no sense of belonging to the family that is the Orc Empire.
With continual slaughter, the servant army's achievements naturally soared. As for losses, they have nothing to do with Hudson, and the staff department wouldn't be so idle as to run off and count servant army casualties.
