Amelia Wright said she wanted to return to the Imperial Garden.
Emma Lewis disagreed, "I don't agree with you going back. Who knows what kind of madness Godfery Shaw will act out again? He used to seem like a cold, unapproachable person, but behind the scenes, he's capable of such twisted things."
Amelia Wright's gaze was calm, "I promised him I would return."
"So what if you promised?" Emma Lewis seemed to explode, "Amelia, what are you thinking? After how Godfery Shaw treated you, don't you hate him? Yet you still want to see him."
Amelia Wright shook her head, "I don't hate him. There are many things you don't understand."
Emma Lewis's shoulders slumped as she pitifully said, "I don't understand, so why don't you tell me? Aren't we brothers… friends?"
Emma originally wanted to say siblings but awkwardly corrected herself to say friends.
