"Who are you?" Amanda Palmer looked at him puzzled.
Steven Roan adjusted his clothes, trying to appear more amiable, but his inherent commanding nature always exuded an air of arrogance. He cleared his throat, "I am Steven Roan, the Chairman of Rowe Jewelry, and I've been old friends with Elder Palmer for many years. I heard you just had heart surgery, so I came to visit."
"Who exactly are you calling an old friend?" Basil Palmer snorted coldly, displeased at his uninvited presence, "Our Mia needs to rest, Chairman Rowe, you'd better leave quickly."
Amanda's face also turned sour upon hearing his title, "Thank you for your concern, Chairman Rowe, but please take back your things, our family can't afford them."
"What do you mean by 'can't afford'? Can't this girl speak properly?"
