Christian refused Michael's request, Michael had no choice but to compromise and said to Evan, "Get everyone out of here and get rid of the snipers in the shadows.
Whatever happens while we are in there, no one should come in. Make sure you protect Wendy and wait for me, I will make it out alive."
"Michael..." Evan tried to persuade him but to no avail.
Michael shook his head, he did not want to listen to what Evan had to say, with a stern voice he said, "Get everyone out of here."
Evan sighed in disappointment, all he had left to do was follow Michael's instructions.
Soon, Evan, had everyone moved out of the hall, including the snipers who were positioned in the dark.
"Since everyone has already left, it is time for you to release Wendy," said Michael.
Christian looked at Wendy who was beside him. He knew that this was probably the closest he would ever get to Wendy in his life. Once he let go of her now, he would never get close to her again.
