Elise Don was in a very good mood, being the first to rush out of the TV station, heading straight to Oliver Bloom's office.
It was two in the afternoon, and Oliver was just in a meeting. The secretary risked her life to go in and whispered in the CEO's ear, saying, "Your wife is here."
Oliver kept a stern face; he was disturbed regardless of the occasion, everyone thought the CEO would be unhappy, but they didn't expect him to immediately announce an adjournment.
"Resume in fifteen minutes."
After saying that, the CEO left gracefully, leaving a room full of executives.
Inside the office, Elise closed the door and hugged Oliver, so happy she wanted to twirl around.
"We won!" She said, half grieved, half moved, "Only you believed I could win."
