The neighborhood where Lin Baici lives is over forty years old. The soundproofing is really poor; even the noise of children running around can be unbearably loud, let alone playing loud music. In the middle of the night, it's so noisy that people downstairs can't sleep.
Lin Baici turned on the light, got out of bed, and went to find his mom!
"Mom, what's going on upstairs?"

"Is it always this noisy?"
