Bo Jinlan hurriedly supported her, then asked, "Doctor, are you certain?"
"Certain." The doctor nodded, "Are you feeling any discomfort at the moment?"
"Doctor, how could I be pregnant? Is there some misunderstanding? We've been using contraception." Jiang Yaoyao said anxiously.
The doctor glanced at the two, "The result from the blood test is always the most accurate. Or... are you not planning to have this child right now?"
Jiang Yaoyao had yet to speak...
"We want it!" Bo Jinlan answered even faster.
Jiang Yaoyao looked at him, still somewhat incredulous.
Bo Jinlan soothingly pinched her shoulder, his tone steady, "Doctor, is there anything concerning in the test results?"
The doctor picked up the lab report again, this time flipping through it more carefully, and while doing so, asked, "Neither of your families have any hereditary illnesses, right?"
Bo Jinlan said, "No."
"Have both of you had pre-marital health exams? Any health issues?"
Bo Jinlan continued, "No."
