It actually had some effect; after being hit by the ominous light bullet, the insect's path clearly deviated. It kept circling around Li Xiu but still showed no sign of giving up, relentlessly crawling around.
Seeing this, Li Xiu was quite delighted. Several skill light bullets affected the insect, but the bug still wouldn't give up and continued crawling erratically near Li Xiu, unwilling to give up even knowing it couldn't reach him.
Soon, Li Xiu discovered that the abilities of the seven great taboos could only affect the insect for a limited time, and before long, it resumed crawling towards him again.
