In Li Zheng's hand, there was a fishnet with a long, "one" shaped tear at the bottom. This shape couldn't possibly result from fish bites or squeezing through.
"Someone's underwater!"
Zhan Zhouzhou observed for a while before reaching this conclusion.
Li Zheng frowned slightly and looked out to the sea.
Apart from the somewhat tumultuous waves, he saw nothing unusual.
"They probably ran off."
Li Zheng thought for a moment, feeling a bit frustrated.
He reckoned this person had followed him underwater when he went to buy fishing gear, yet he hadn't considered this possibility and thus neglected to check the surroundings in advance.
"What should we do? Should we go back and warn others?" Zhan Zhouzhou suggested pointedly.
"They say catch them in the act, and nab thieves with the goods in hand." Li Zheng shook his head, "We didn't catch them on the spot, so there's no reason to retaliate against others."
"So you mean..." Zhan Zhouzhou didn't insist.
