In that case, even if they saw a stronger cultivation technique, it would be useless.
Moreover, their external cultivation must also be chosen according to their own cultivation method. In that case, it was really meaningless whether they were a true disciple or not, because even if they were a true disciple, they couldn't choose a cultivation method other than their own system. Wouldn't that be equivalent to not having any other treatment as a true disciple?
