People of course have studied the methods of those evolutionary creatures, but unfortunately, the Tree God does not welcome species that have not offered it sustenance. Entering the Tree God without knowing could very likely result in having one's head cracked open and the Evolution Crystal extracted.
However, this method of defending against the zombie tide is not entirely without merit for humans. Many bases have conducted research, but finding the right sapling in the first step stumps most people. Cultivating a Tree God requires a large number of Evolution Crystal Cores, but these are only found in the bodies of evolutionary creatures and new humans. It's impossible to slaughter new humans just to cultivate a Tree God, right?
