Arthur nods while looking at the time on his mobile screen almost 5 pm
Arthur got down from the edge and looked at Sam's back head who was still sitting on the edge
SAM-...
Arthur looks at Sam for a few moments and smiles softly, he turns around and starts walking
After walking a few steps towards the stairs he heard
SAM- ...se'ya.
Arthur stopped and stretched his hand in front of his face a red energy surrounded his palm and he spoke softly
ARTHUR- se'ya...my friend.
After Arthur left through the stairs
Sam got off the edge and asked
SAM- has Jiwoo wake up?
Kayden in his cat form jumped down from the bulkhead roof that covered the stairs
Kayden jumped up on the edge with the help of his back paws, Kayden looked ahead while in a sitting position with his back straight
KAYDEN- The other kids are with him...you can visit him later...to have a peaceful conversation.
SAM- it was the first time in a long while I lost consciousness...because of not having sufficient energy reserve.

SAM'S POV
I went to check on Jiwoo along with Kayden who was in his cat form
Upon entering I found Jisuk, Subin and Wooin laughing together with Jiwoo and enjoying themselves
I didn't say anything and went beside Jiwoo while Kayden jumped on the bed and lay down on the pillow I set beside Jiwoo to support him lying on his back and not force himself to turn around etc, his bones need a lot of rest to recover properly along with his internal organs
Subin- where have you been?
I turned towards Subin and replied
SAM- at the rooftop...
I was amused seeing her face turn speechless along with others who were curious bout me
SAM- did Inhyuk inform you about the early departure?
Seeing their face I guess they know, I turn towards Jiwoo who spoke
JIWOO- Mr.Inhyuk said the academy is closing...and all the students returning to their homes or organizations.
SAM- Duke's defect brings us profit...the W.A.U. Members are busy with the investigation against the Frame so they don't have time to think about South Korea's Awakening one's false power ranking...plus that world ranker from Frame tried to kill Subin...but failed, which also gets rid of any doubt about our siding with Frame...Since her identity is the heiress of the Korean Union who takes the lead of the Union in future...they are debating whether should they try to develop a friendly relationship with South Korea...since Jiyoung clashes with Vatore, the W.A.U. Started to recognize our countries awakened one's power...
I explained hoping everyone's mood would improve when I was done I saw everyone staring at me, only Kayden processing the information I provided
JIWOO- I never heard you talk this much before...
I was a bit confused by Jiwoo's words
SUBIN- yeah...you always had this silent vibe...even Wooin talked more than you... although he mostly talks about Jajangmyeon.
JISUK- I guess spending time with Arthur Bryan was a good thing after all.
I glanced at Jisuk for a bit and didn't say anything knowing it was kinda normal since I never intended to hide it, I turned back towards Jiwoo and sat down beside Kayden's pillow

Sam sitting on the edge of the water fountain while running his hand in the water legs crossed, wearing the same old white shorts and sky-blue long-sleeve

Two figures landed in front of Sam one of them was Kayden and the other one was a beautiful young man with brown hair in a ponytail
KAYDEN- he's my apprentice.
Sam didn't turn around keep playing with the water while the young man was looking at Sam in disbelief and turned back to Kayden

Kayden didn't even glance at the brown hair figure and put his left palm on Sam's head who turned around and looked up at the brown hair figure, he blinked and looked up at Kayden who introduced the unknown individual
KAYDEN- he Schnauder's apprentice...Roist.
Sam again looked up at Roist who was looking at the interaction between Kayden and Sam with a shocked face
Kayden pulled his hand back from Sam's head and turned back towards Roist speaking with annoyance evident in his voice
KAYDEN- now that you've seen my apprentice...get lost.
Roist was deep in thought, Sam stood up and walked past Kayden who was standing in front of him
Sam looked up at Roist who was looking down at Sam and asked
SAM- is that your friend...behind you?
Roist was processing the info with a bit of confusion on his face while Kayden was surprised for a second, Roist glanced back after seeing Kayden's reaction
ROIST- ?!!...since when...!?
Roist asked surprised looking at Amyeong's calm face covered by a black mask
KAYDEN- Amyeong...?
SAM- an assassin should be able to hide his energy and be discrete...you have improved a lot.
Sam smirked and PHAT! Went past Roist and attacked Amyeong BANG!! A huge shockwave along with dust clouds appears from the collision
Kayden had a blue energy shield around him and Roist jumped back to avoid the wind force
Amyeong blocks that attack while covering his hands in blue energy with a purple outline along with his fingers stretched, Sam was also pushing Amyeong back while holding his fingers stretched and covered in a dark red energy
Amyeong lost his footing and Sam took advantage of that and attacked him CHWAAK!! Cutting his body in half from the waist, the afterimage of Amyeong disappeared, SWOOSH!! Sam tilted his head suddenly and stood there silently
SAM- ...
A cut appears on Sam's left cheek
ROIST- (where is he attacked from?...Amyeong needs to show himself to attack him, but I can't find a single trace of his energy)
Sam stood there silently and looked back at Roist
SAM- You...back off as far as you can get...you may die if you get involved.

The sky RUMBLED thunder clouds started to gather covering the entire city Sam flew towards the sky FLASH! and looked down at the academy calmly while the lightning and thunder seemed to grow stronger
SAM- ...Devine Storm...my strongest range attack...still think you're strong enough to take me on...Amyeong?
Kayden was looking above at Sam seriously while Roist had a shocked face
Amyeong showed himself and looked above and said
AMYEONG- who knows the great apprentice would pull his strongest move just after being scratched a little...I guess it's hurt your pride as Kayden's apprentice.
Sam looks down at Amyeong and said
SAM- behind you.
Amyeong quickly moved and disappeared from his place without making a sound or leaving a trace behind again hiding his presence
SAM- haaa...
Sam sighed while stretching his hand and grabbed the throat of Amyeong who was trying to use a sneak attack on Sam, Amyeong's body fell limp it seemed he couldn't control it anymore
SAM- you shouldn't have used that move twice...leave...you're still not strong enough to challenge me...
Sam throws Amyeong away WHOOM!!! Sending him far away from the academy
Sam descends from the sky and stands in front of Kayden, speaking while looking up at him innocently

Kayden looked down at Sam and turned towards Roist who was still in a daze

Roist was going to say something then all of them heard FLAP~SCREECH!! A big white Owl the size of a truck landed beside them the W.A.A. Dean was riding it DA-DUN! The flapping of the huge Owl's wings produced strong wind

Sam turns back and looks up at the big Owl's eyes

Sam's face turned surprised for a second and he asked

SAM'S POV
We departed from the Academy the next day and reached South Korea after a long flight
Wooin, Subin and Jisuk left for their home, Inhyuk Drop me and Jiwoo home
I was doing force control in the basement while Kayden was talking to Kartein
KAYDEN- I'll pass on my strongest stealth ability.
Kayden cut the call after a few more moments of listening and turned to me, with a questioning gaze

I opened my eyes softly and said while going upstairs FLASH! Kayden turned back to his cat form
Everyone was enjoying and talking to each other, Jiwoo was laughing and seemed to enjoy himself
I went out to take a night walk and I didn't realize it was a bit too late
When I returned to Jiwoo's home I saw an old man with old-fashioned clothes and a straight scar on his left eye's lower and upper part, standing outside our home

I look up at the old man's eye, then walk past him entering the home while keeping the door open

The teacher asked me about Jiwoo but I didn't reply and kept writing notes
After the class ends, we meet with Jisuk and feed the cats on the way home
There was an emptiness even when we were feeding the cats

I turn back and take out my clothes from the cabinets, I left since I need to change from my school uniform and take a shower
CHIIK! I turned the shower on and stood under it silently...I'm not worried about Jiwoo refusing Kartein's treatment since me and Kayden talk with Jiwoo about what we going to give Kartein
I left the shower after washing my clothes and put them in the dryer
I was wearing another pair of white shorts and dark blue long sleeves, when I reached upstairs to check on Jiwoo, Kayden was standing outside the bedroom
I look up at him and point at the bedroom, he nods and smiles
I smiled back and went downstairs to the kitchen, I Guess making dinner is on me

KARTEIN- don't worry about him...even though his personality is like shit...but he won't harm me after I healed his apprentice.

He said that with a smile but I felt his anger under that smile and underlying threat under his sweet words, I blinked a few times, looked between them and finally sighed and stared up at Kartein
SAM- haaa...you make a huge amount of toxic energy inside you when you heal someone...so after healing you need to purify it... every time...the more time it takes to heal someone the more harmful it'll become for you.
Kayden didn't seem much surprised I guess he kind of guessed it...or knew about it? I turned towards Kartein who had a genuine smile on his face, and stretched his left hand towards me
KARTAIN- Sam I want you to be mine...
SAM- eh?

Yo... it's me again...and I'm happy to inform you that unlike in the past on not in the hospital...Wahaha...although I did have a small accident a few days ago while crossing the highway on a rainy day..."..."...I did check the side before crossing but...a Fortuner car came out from a main road that opens at the side of the highway...and I didn't notice it kinda I was distracted since I was walking a bit fast cuz it's raining and the car didn't blow horn and just enter the lane...but that's an excuse I should have been more careful...my left leg is kinda hurting for few days nothing serious although the pain was nothing compared to the driver who curse me like I was blind etc also used many cuss words I didn't bother listening cuz I was more concern about reaching home...but when I fall on the highway from the impact of the car...none literally none came to help me since it was raining...like I can see people just standing there saving themselves from the rain apparently the car owner was a politician...so I didn't care much about it...like 90% of politicians are selfish bastards so... it's better not to poke them...if you can't kill their power and effluent all together...ahem happy April fool I'm learning typing in computer to a better upload schedule...I really want to be done with it...the story changed a lot there was a big fight at the academy against the frame...but I changed it for future story development since someone said MC is self-insert taking Jiwoo's spot so I'm planning to give him his spot although I really wanted it to be a story all bout boom bam and fighting but I'm bad at writing fights..."..."...if I pull the fight too long I'll be boring if I end it early it'll be less exciting also why the fight end or why continue for long when mc is so strong...haaa...i should have made him similar to Jiwoo...so let Kayden beat him up...
