Here are the ideas,
- Tsukune's half-sister joins him at the Yokai Academy.
- The female OC met the Shuzen sisters before finding out that Tsukune's grandfather is her father (meaning that Tsukune's grandfather is not human)
- Tsukune and the Female OC's grandfather, who is immortal, but neither of Tsukune's parents ever got the yokai gene, but the female OC got one.
- Have the female OC as an ancient Dark Lord and made a lot of changes in the canon timeline (both manga/anime timeline).
- The female OC has a Shadow beast-like from the Blue Dragon's shadows and is a part of the dying race, trying to revive from extinction.
