Gaia's intention must be to resurrect Cronos and crush Uranus.
As for Rhea, she probably doesn't want either of them resurrected. Her son Zeus, while not exactly filial, at least allows her to live happily.
Uranus and Cronos, whichever of them regains self-awareness, will inevitably stir up a god war again... although Mount Olympia has already entered Heavenly Mountain, its foundation still comes from these two, and Zeus's reign has been somewhat shaky over the years.
After all, the brothers who once helped him overthrow Cronos have long since become his enemies.
Yet Zeus remains very confident, much like Uranus in his day, with a suspicious mind directed towards his children, much like Cronos once had.
Logically, this matter doesn't have much to do with Hill; he's only here to watch the spectacle. Unfortunately, in Teraxil, they do have a God of Time and Space named Cronos.
