Robbery and Murder Department, First Interrogation Room.
Marcus walked to the door, turned back, and said, "Hey, rookie, follow my lead and don't screw it up."
Jackson rolled his eyes, precisely what I wanted to say, jerk.
The two of them entered the interrogation room one after the other.
Three people were sitting inside the room: the suspect Sharon Frank and her parents.
Marcus sat in the main interrogation seat, looked at the three people opposite him, and said in a very formal tone, "Mr. and Mrs. Frank, hello, I am Detective Chief Marcus Burnett, and I am in charge of today's interrogation."
Mrs. Frank said, "My daughter has already admitted... it was that accident that caused Ali Bergman's death. Why do you still need to interrogate?"
