"James Kee acted prematurely, Leopole Kee is probably prepared as well," Benjamin said in a low voice, watching the red dot on the screen move continuously, as if there was no end point.
"Leopole would only sever an arm rather than ruin his own future for James," Lucas Quinn sneered, "Instead of worrying about him, why not focus on your own matters first."
Benjamin listened to Lucas's mocking tone, aware that Lucas was still angry.
"An hour or so won't make much difference; knowing they're safe puts me at ease," Benjamin said slowly, evidently having accepted the possibility of never waking up again.
