The arrows did not appear to carry much power, yet for some reason, Kameron felt his instincts screaming in warning. A deep sense of danger surged through him, sharp and undeniable. Without hesitation, he burned his energy and released a massive wave of ice energy forward.
The Royal Blutlinie was confident that his attack would freeze the arrows in place and eliminate the threat entirely.
However, just as the frost energy was about to reach them, a pulse of golden energy surged out from the Ocean of the Blood Sun. It bypassed the arrows completely and collided with Kameron's frost wave.
Instead of crashing into it head-on, the golden energy deflected the frost to the side, forcibly altering its trajectory. The diverted attack slammed into an ArchDeity Blutlinie, freezing the man solid and sending his rigid body plummeting into the ocean below.
