Xia Luo in a pink dress attended the cocktail party hosted by Mrs. Hu alongside Zhan Yunxiao.
Mrs. Hu and her daughter, Hu Feifei, greeted guests at the door.
When she saw Zhan Yunxiao coming, she enthusiastically stepped forward to greet him, making it obvious to others that he was special.
"Young Master Zhan is here. Your mother said you would come, but I didn't believe it. I never expected you would actually show up. It's such an honor for me to have you here."
"You're too kind, Mrs. Hu," Zhan Yunxiao replied indifferently.
Hu Feifei, her cheeks flushed, greeted Zhan Yunxiao, "Young Master Zhan, long time no see."
Zhan Yunxiao nodded slightly.
He couldn't recall ever meeting her before, not understanding her claim of a long time no see.
The two seemed to intentionally ignore Xia Luo.
Even though Xia Luo was standing right beside Zhan Yunxiao, they acted as if she was invisible, not even greeting her.
