Holding his temple, Ramirez frown as he heard the complain of the US ambassador about the situation in the other side of the portal.
Since morning, ambassadors around the world have tried to ask and complain about the situation. The massacre and genocide thay did on the land of Japan, the aggressive invasion he just announced, and even when he reject the offer of the western where they will send military support.

"The United States want to offer support, mister President, and please, for once, accept it. The people of America are worried that the enemy on the other side did horrible things. A report coming from their authority will ease them." US ambassador Clark Wilson said as he offer a papersheet full of contracts that states the supply that will be sent to the Philippines, or rather, the country of Japan.
'They're not even recognizing my annexation of Japan. What hypocrites.' he thought as he massage his temple slowly.
"The Philippines are not in need of diplomatic aid, Mister Wilson, in fact we're currently in a smooth process of returning the rescued civilian. Please don't interfere with our work as this is our own." he said looking at the ambassador with daggering eyes.
"But, the United States are worried that you might have mitigated your resources since the invasion. Please, at least accept some of our people."

"No, we are currently negotiating with the Russian President, we don't need your support. Maybe the Chinese will need it, or the Koreans. We are not the victim of war after all. Please, you may leave."

Ramirez left out a sigh as soon as he was left to his lonesome and thought about the current situation.

"A hybrid form of atom. Where the particles of magic will coincide with the atoms and as they combine, the magic particles will form a barrier that surround the proton and electron. But what really amaze us is the reaction of the nucleus. Instead of forming a barrier like the other, it instead combine and create a new form of particle, and the best has yet to come! As they combine, we tried to analyze it and even interfere with its creation. As we do so, we discovered that the magic particles combined with atom can be change depending on our desire, isn't that great, Mister President!!!??"
"Which means?" Ramirez said wanting to simplify the science shit he just heard.
"Which means we're going to take the manipulating energy into another level! We can build ships that float in the sky, we can create things and make them work without fuel, if possible we may even be able to travel with constant speed!" he said as his tears of joy starts to flow from his eyes while clenching both of his hands out of excitement.
"T-thats really amazing. Imagine what we can do..." He said as he lower his head as he think of the future that will unfold.
"Right, right?!!" he said but soon falter as Ramirez hold both of his shoulder which made him stop.
"Do you have anyone in your people acting suspicious?" He said while giving a cold gaze towards the scientist.
"N-no, why sir?" Fearing what will happen he comply and answer.
"i want this to remain hidden as long as I said so. If even for a little bit of information was leaked, I will have you all killed, not Exile, not imprison, but killed. Do you understand? You should know how much power you currently hold. Please."
Instead of feeling threatened. Santiago simply nod as he recover his former emotion mix with a proud face as his president beg for his cooperation.
"I will do my very best to prevent any leak of information, even if I die."
